Chemical analysis ofmayor ions and nitrate in surface and groundwaters were carried out in two geologically different regions , sedimentary and cristaline. Differences were verified regarding the ions behaviour, their concentration and distribution, possibly attributed to the different enviroments. In the cristaline area the rocks have few porous and scarse permeability, and in the sedimentary area the mineralogies are more easily solubilisized
